One of my favourite past times is rummaging around in junk markets, looking for treasure. I love the feeling of discovering something that has its own sense of history.

This inspires me to make work using objects that hold symbolic value, giving them a new lease of life, creating atmosphere in a new context. Making art allows me to express ideas in a visual way where words would normally fail me.
