DIAMOND IN THE ART? RIHANNA MAKES AN ART COMMISSION

Global R&B Singer Rihanna has commissioned a custom portrait of Marilyn Monroe that utilizes over 65,000 swarovski crystals. Artist Claire Milner who has attempted to capture the saddness of Monroe's eyes in the diamond sparkle that can be a sweet metaphor for her fame and publicity. 

Milner who was very nervous when creating the diamond masterpiece was asked how Ri Ri feels about the piece, she stated that when she asked the interior designers in charge of decorating Rihanna's flat responded with, ' She loved it! '
