I have recently finished a BA in Illustration at Camberwell College of Arts. Initially my work loosely reflected my interests in music, fashion and film but as I developed as an artist, my pieces became more detailed, illustrative and personal. I would attend live performances of musicians, take photos, and then draw their pictures from the photo. By attending the live gig, my drawings were able to capture the moment, the excitement, and the glamour of the event, yet at the same time I was able to give it my own personal twist. With my Venice inspired pieces I was able to draw on my passion for travel and the movies, getting inspiration from movies such as ‘Don't Look Now’, ‘In the Comfort of Strangers’, and ‘Death in Venice’ (all set in Venice), combined with my own visits to Venice.
Recently I have become involved in fashion illustration. For London fashion week I produced several fashion illustrations for Amelia's magazine and I am currently in the process off developing these themes
