My photographs are intended as universally recognisable memory moments where the lack of a human subject allows the viewer to more easily attach their own narratives, beliefs and ultimately, memories to familiar imagery.

Furthermore, the inclination to impose imagined narratives upon photographs challenges the perceived notions of truth often subconsciously attributed to the amateur photograph.
