CHRISTOPHER A HOLDER - DIRECTOR
An avid art collector, Swiss born, but educated in the UK Christopher has worked in the property industry since 1988 advising a cross section of clients. 

Prior to this, he worked in the City of London for Midland Bank plc. 

Other interests include philately, philanthropy and football.  He has been associated with DegreeArt.com since their inception.

ROBERT MCCLATCHEY - DIRECTOR
Robert McClatchey joined Barclays Capital in 1992 from KPMG where he had qualified as a chartered accountant in 1990. He is currently Managing Director of Barclays Infrastructure Funds Management (“BIFM”), and a founder member of Barclays Infrastructure Funds business established with Chris Elliott in 1996.

Of the 190 or so infrastructure investments made by BIFM since 1996, he has led over 50 of them. These have included establishing the University Partnership Programme (UPP) business model resulting in over £800m capital investment, numerous PFI schools investments, the formation of the community hospital joint venture with Ryhurst and the development of BIFM’s NHS LIFT primary care business.

Robert has an economics degree from King's College, Cambridge.

MIKE MCGONIGLE - DIRECTOR
Mike McGonigle has been working in the property investment sector for over 30 years; he is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.  For 21 years he worked in the City of London, including as a main board director of Lazard Brothers & Co., Limited.  He established Reach Consultants Limited in 1997 to provide investment advice to private clients, specialising in direct property and asset backed businesses. Mike McGonigle has for a number of years lectured on property investment subjects, in particular securitization.  He worked on and promoted, with H.M. Government and the Prime Minister’s Policy Unit, support for social housing projects and urban community regeneration. 

Most recently he has acted as a consultant to DTZ and Hendersons through GreenerReach LLP.
