Fourteen, Forty Five
Fourteen, Forty Five
Fourteen, Forty Five (2010) is a single piece from a large body of photographs entitled ; 'Telephones, Ants, Technology, Dogs Hit By Cars, Imagination, Airplanes, All You Say, But Mainly What You Don't.'
The series also encompasses the work; 'The Knowledge Of Your Knowledge Is Overwhelming' - and is a series of curiosities designed to have no coherant narrative. However, when viewed together, all of the images are intrinsically linked by aesthetic style, and tone, which encourages the viewer to build up a logical sequence, in order to further understand the artist's intentions.
Through the work, I hope to understand that as human beings we are constantly looking for consistance and pattern, even in situations that are apparently random.
