Join Artist in Residence Sam Wagner in creating a piece of artwork for his final show. As this residency focuses on Reemergence and New Norms, Sam would like to hear what these themes mean to others. Participants will choose a shape and color that best represents themselves and their personal experience. Then we will each write something they have learned about themselves over the past two years. Shapes and stories will remain anonymous to enable participants to be as truthful as possible about their experiences. Finally, Sam will bring these shapes together to create a unified work of art that speaks to common themes and experiences expressed by participants. This collaborative piece will be displayed at the show opening on March 17th.
