I'm a full-time ceramicist working in London. I wheel-throw white stoneware clay in my own studio. My pieces tend to be thin, rising from gravity-defying small bases and with intense glaze combinations. My vision is not about utility; it's entirely driven by an expression of beauty. I work always towards an ideal of perfection but I’ve come to embrace the quirks of the entirely individual pieces I create. Colour, form and serendipity are at the very centre of my work.
