Gold on the Pathway I live next to a bubbling stream in an area surrounded by the Welsh Hills. It is a peaceful and uplifting place that inspires me. This year my abstract paintings have developed into abstract landscapes. I welcome this development and this small painting is an example. If you live in the city and hanker after the countryside, or you just love the natural world, this may help you to focus on it every so often. The work would look good in a small possibly unexpected space on its own for example an alcove or as part of a series of small paintings perhaps in a stairwell. It might make a good Seasonal present.
