An abstract broken landscape 'Land 0.5' is directly influenced by Bath's beautiful landscape. The landscapes I painted around this time are very detailed and layered. 'Land' is an example of when I was focusing on referencing the speed of train travel between university and home. Absorbing and breaking apart landscapes. 'Land 0.5' is part an attempt to capture the the beauty of Bath and the intensity of travelling between cities.
