Song to the Moon - Inspired by Dvorak's folklore imagery. Quote "And if I know for certain you'll come back again, you'll come back again........ You will find me waiting there" Worked with mixed media on canvas. Painted in the spirit of Abstract Expressionism with the fluidity of the paint, and the strength of the mark. Colours used Burnt Sienna, zinc white, jet black, venetian red. Heavy impasto paint in parts, soft diffussion in others
