'Into the Woods' is from my new collection of works created for my residency at Stephens House & Gardens, Finchley. The painting is of a spot I return to often for contemplation - a small oasis in the middle of the gardens. The Stephens House & Gardens is a A Grade ll listed house with extensive landscaped gardens, gifted to the people by the Victorian, Henry Charles 'Inky' Stephens of the Stephens' Ink Company.
